Grateful for: Good Friends • Warm weather • making it home safe on New Year's Eve • Fireworks ending early on my street

Anxiety level: Low

Reading: Re-reading The Secret - It always puts me in a good frame of mind.

Exercise: Walked my daughter's bike over to a friend's house at a quick pace & walked back home.

Still on vacation from my day job. I work so much harder at home than work, I am pooped!

Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1 cup iced coffee w/Splenda (1)
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)

Snack: Rye Cracker • slice of cheese • Water
(Gaba)

Lunch: Grilled Ceasar Salad & Water at Ikea
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)

Snack: 2 slices of Lunch Meat • Water

Dinner: Small Steak with bell peppers • sauteed Zucchini • Water
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)

Snack: Fiber Drink • Extra Water

Grateful for: Time to watch my DD ride her bike • Health Magazines • A Car That Runs • A Job • My Family

Exercise: Took a walk around the block - the weather was so nice.

Anxiety & Stress: Stress a little high (I have kids & a husband at home this week). No anxious feelings. But trying to kick the sugar habit I picked up during the holidays.

Lunch: Beef Fajitas • Guacamole Salad • Charro Beans • Water
(multi, fish oil, mag/cal, B-Complex)

Snack: Cheese slice & Pickle - Water
(Gaba)

Dinner: Grilled Chicken • Green Beans • Baked Tomatoes • Water
1 leftover chocolate cookie :)

Snack: Celery w/cream cheese & water

Exercise: 1 hour (Interval treadmill, free weight routine, row 1,000 meters)

Grateful for: Kind e-mails, Funny kids, peace at the Gym, a movie with my DH, a day off
