Still on vacation from my day job. I work so much harder at home than work, I am pooped!
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 1 cup iced coffee w/Splenda (1)
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)
Snack: Rye Cracker • slice of cheese • Water
(Gaba)
Lunch: Grilled Ceasar Salad & Water at Ikea
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)
Snack: 2 slices of Lunch Meat • Water
Dinner: Small Steak with bell peppers • sauteed Zucchini • Water
(Multi, B-Complex, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal)
Snack: Fiber Drink • Extra Water
Grateful for: Time to watch my DD ride her bike • Health Magazines • A Car That Runs • A Job • My Family
Exercise: Took a walk around the block - the weather was so nice.
Anxiety & Stress: Stress a little high (I have kids & a husband at home this week). No anxious feelings. But trying to kick the sugar habit I picked up during the holidays.
