Dinner: Grilled Chicken • Green Beans • Baked Tomatoes • Water
1 leftover chocolate cookie :)
Snack: Celery w/cream cheese & water
Exercise: 1 hour (Interval treadmill, free weight routine, row 1,000 meters)
Grateful for: Kind e-mails, Funny kids, peace at the Gym, a movie with my DH, a day off
