Last Night's Bedtime: 11:30 pm • Wake Up Time: 6:45 am

Breakfast: 2 eggs • Iced Coffee w/ Stevia

Snack: Potein Bar (Rockin Roll Bar) • Water

Lunch: 6" Tuna Subway • Water
(Multi, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal, B-Complex)

Snack: Fiber Water

Dinner: Pizza 2 pieces • Unsweetened Tea -(We are having a girl slumber party)

Late Snack: Water & L-5HTP

Grateful for: Good Friends • Friday • Dinner Delivery

Anxiety level: Low

Reading: Re-reading The Secret - It always puts me in a good frame of mind.
