Snack: Fiber Water

Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Salad• Unsweetened Tea
(Multi, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal, B-Complex)

Late Snack: Handful of Almonds • Water

Grateful for: A Good Book • Quiet Time • A Cool Day

Anxiety level: A little elevated - Kid Related

Reading: Re-reading The Secret - It always puts me in a good frame of mind.

Exercise: Yoga DVD
