Last Night's Bedtime: 1:00 am • Wake Up Time: 7:45 am

Breakfast: Protein Bar • Iced Coffee w/ Stevia
(Multi, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal, B-Complex)

Snack: Water

Lunch: Chicken Teriyaki & Cabbage • Water
(Multi, Fish Oil, Mag/Cal, B-Complex)

Snack: 100 calorie pretzels • Water

Dinner: Date with Hubby: Blew eating right (was worth it) Steak • Chipotle Mac & Cheese • Asparagus • Crab Cake • Tiramisu • Coffee .....SO FULL!

Grateful for: Great Kids • Alone Time with Hubby • Donating 2 car load of stuff to the church garage sale (it's outta here)

Anxiety level: Low

Reading: Re-reading The Secret - It always puts me in a good frame of mind.

Exercise: Walking the mall a few times with the kids
