ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that while I'm not yet ready to blog, I have started to keep a list of what crosses my lips each day as well as how much water I'm actually drinking daily. My issue is to learn to actually eat 3 meals daily and 2 snacks. That is going to be a huge accomplishment. Keeping it written down is helping already. Thank you for setting such a good example! ReplyDeleteTracking keeps me accountable. If I start to have anxious feelings I can go back and look at what I did that day that might have brought it on.
